Mobile Outreach & Emergency Food Distribution
Don't be surprised to see members of our team out 6-7 days a week in various parts of Philadelphia or the surrounding Counties.

We often receive calls that folks in the area are in need of food. Once we have all the info, do our best to have the food to the person within 24 hours.

We do mobile distribution of goods, based on what we have to available to provide to the community.
Harm Reduction Event Support
Substance use happens everywhere. We want to ensure access to materials that make people's experiences safer. The Everywhere Project provides harm reduction to events such as music festivals, raves, concerts, community events, and more. Event support can be customized to fit your event needs.

What event support can include:
-
Providing Naloxone & Testing Strips
-
Providing Safer Use Matierals
-
Tabling at the event
-

Every event and every venue has it's own vibes, and we do not approach anything thinking we know best. We work with event planners and staff to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the event. We're there to keep people safe and have a good time.

Holiday Events
Community is everything to us.

In 2025, after SNAP benefits were reduced TEP was able to provide more than 175 Thanksgiving Family Boxes to ensure everyone had access to a hot holiday meal.

TEP also hosts an annual toy give away where Santa provides roughly 1,000 toys to children. in need.

Specialized Support

We will always meet people where they are at. We support individuals in a variety of life circumstances:

Newly Housed
-
Hospitalized
-
Just in need of a little extra support

Harm reduction doesn't just occur at the individual level.
-
In 2023, we were able to provide more than 40 pairs of water shoes for kid's summer programming at McPherson Park in Kensington.
-
In 2024, we were able to provide local low income housing programs with more than 800 outfits for children.
